Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-3: Good -- A restored piece that has signs of play wear with minor dents and scratches. The paint on the locomotive has a glossy finish, and the paint on the tender appears to have a raised texture. There is a refinished tinplate sticker on the underframe of the locomotive. There are paint nicks, scratches, and wheel wear on each item. There are spots of surface rust on the metal components of the tender. The brass trim on each item has tarnished. This item has been serviced by our repair shop and is ready for work. Please see picture for service details. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
